Catalog Management & Product Data

What happens when my product page and product feed contain different information?

Direct answer

When the product page and feed disagree, shoppers and downstream systems may receive conflicting facts about price, availability, titles, attributes or variants. That can create poor customer experiences, rejected listings or unreliable recommendations. Define which system is authoritative for each field and synchronise updates from that source. Some channel-specific differences are intentional, but factual values should remain aligned. Regularly compare the storefront, structured data and feed output so discrepancies are detected before they become a customer-facing problem.
